We take the time to find our customers toys with quality manufacturing and features, but should an item prove to be faulty or cease to operate to your expectations, we are here to help! A selection of products we carry are warrantied “in house”, but for the majority of items, the manufacturer desires to have our customers contact them directly.

Listed below we have provided links to the manufacture along with the number of days, weeks and or years the manufacturer provides a warranty to their product.

If the toy is not working at all, please contact us and we will try our best to request for replacement toy.

Please note: Silicone surfaces damaged from using silicone lube, boiling or dish-washing electronics, severe trauma and deep cuts or gouges are not covered by warranty.

Defective / Damaged product

If the item you ordered is defective/damaged, please contact us right away within 24-48 hours of tracking delivery time.
*Please Note: All defective/damaged claims MUST include photos and video (if battery operated), showing the issue with your item. Please attach to your initial email along with your order number and contact information via e-mail at info@lustherapy.com.
After the 24-48 hour window, item will not considered for your defective/damaged claim.
