DIRECTIONS:
Remove the Stamina 9 pill from the packaging. Fill a glass with at least 8 ounces of water. Some have reported that consuming 16 ounces of water ensures not experiencing any undesired side effects. Swallow the pill while drinking the glass of water or any other liquid of your choosing. It is best to take Stamina 9 in between meals. Not on an entirely empty stomach, but also not with, or just after a meal. Use caution when drinking alchohol while taking Stamina 9 as it may increase the chances of headaches. If you start feeling any negative side effect stop use immediately. Water is the biggest aid in preventing headaches from sexual enhancement supplements! Stay hydrated!
